COVID-19 Information for Patients At YourSmileDental, the safety of our patients, staff and vistors is our highest priority. While we are experiencing many changes from the impact of COVID-19, our commitment to providing you with a safe and reliable dental care, remains unchanged. Our practice adheres to strict protocols to ensure that you are kept safe during your visit. These include infection control, advance patient screening, social separation protocols, PPE, cleaning and disinfection that meet the Department of Health standards.

Social Distancing Guidelines In accordance with Department of Health guidelines, and to ensure the safety of our patients and staff, we are limiting the number of people allowed in our Patient Lounge and Treatment Rooms.
We ask that the PATIENTS ONLY is permitted in our Treatment Rooms. Exceptions are when a patient requires a carer, or the patient is a child. When standing at or near the counter, please observe the social distancing guidelines as indicated.
Preventing the Spread of Infection At YourSmileDental, the safety of our patients and staff is our highest priority, so it is vital that we adhere to the strictest infection prevention measures. We have hand sanitisers available for use at all our practice and require all persons to sanitise upon arrival. If you are feeling unwell, or you have any cold or flu-like symptoms we ask you to stay home, and contact the practice to rebook your appointment.
Our Strict Adherence to Hygiene during the Pandemic We will continue to maintain a very high standard in our Infection Control Protocols as per the Dental Board (AHPRA) Dental Guidelines on Infection Control.
